My work explores the spirit of objects and their connection to the environment they inhabit. Each painting reflects the feelings I experience through the interaction between an object and its surrounding atmosphere. While I study the features and characteristics of objects, I focus on capturing unique and essential details that embody their essence and spirit. The subjects I choose are often ordinary and deeply personal—portraits, flowers, cats, animals, or landscapes that are part of my daily life. These familiar elements resonate with me emotionally, and I let this connection guide my creative process. I don’t actively search for subjects; instead, I allow them to naturally emerge, forming an intuitive bond that compels me to paint.

I approach style organically, trusting that authenticity stems from being true to myself. My painting style naturally combines elements of abstraction and impressionism, where brush or knife strokes and colors become the primary means of conveying the emotional essence of the object and its environment. Observation is central to my process, enabling me to immerse myself in the object's emotional state and deepen my connection to it. During this meditative phase, I focus solely on understanding and feeling the object before I begin to paint.

I embrace various mediums but feel most at home with oils. Oil painting allows me to balance my emotional intensity with rational refinement. In the initial stages, I let emotions flow freely, creating expressive strokes and colors. In the later stages, I shift to a calm, reflective mindset to enhance depth and clarity in the work. These dual stages mirror my states—passionate and impulsive versus thoughtful and composed—making oils a perfect fit for my creative expression.

Painting is my emotional dialogue with the inner and outer worlds. It grounds me, fosters connection, and enhances my understanding of life. Painting is both my passion and my gratitude in action.
